[amsat-bb] Spid RAS rotor issue

Hello Clayton,

I am using Orbitron to track sat's via dde and that has worked
very well and no trouble except hardware (relays) as Jeff
probably having.
But I also using pstrotator on the eme setup,,very good
pice of sw.
The MD-01 controller is much more reliable I think so people
that order a spid rotor should include that instead of rot2prg.
