[amsat-bb] Activation of CN87 and CN97 on Monday morning @ 1806 utc using AO-92

Hi John,

Just a reminder that AO-92 was just commanded into L/v mode a couple hours
ago and will be in that mode until about 0200Z on Tuesday. If you're L band
equipped, excellent, but if not maybe find an alternate pass.
