[amsat-bb] Activation of CN87 and CN97 on Monday morning @ 1806 utc using AO-92

I guess I missed the news... But what does "L band" mean since I'm relativity new to this?      I only have FM capabilities.

I hope I found a public street corner that bisects CN87 and CN97 in Snohomish County WA.      I believe I will have line of sight for most of the 11 minutes.
