[amsat-bb] BOD ballot

I received my AMSAT BOD ballot today.

The left side of the ballot reads, "Select no more than three of the 
five listed candidates..."

The right side of the ballot reads, "SELECT NO MORE THAN FOUR."

The accompanying letter reads, "This year AMSAT-NA will be electing 
three voting members of the Board of Directors."

So which is it? 3 or 4?
