[amsat-bb] Icom 9100 compatible s-band receive

I have an SSB Electronics S-Band Converter UEK-2000 that has an IF out.  
I don't believe that this unit is available anymore.  My unit was 
purchased in 1994, but has never been put into service so can't comment 
as to the performance.
