[amsat-bb] USB driver for Windows 7, 64-bit, for IC-9100

Hello,
A friend of mine needs  to steer the IC-9100 by SatPC32I/SatPC32ISS via 
the radio's USB port for a coming ISS school contact.    He is using a 
Laptop with Windows 7, 64-bit.
As he told me the generated virtual COM ports are marked with a yellow 
exclmation sign (which indicates a driver problem) and he gets the error 
message that a USB device could not be recognized.

Does somebody successfully steer the IC-9100 via one ot the USB ports 
under Windows 7, 64bit?

If so, what driver are you using (dirver name, download link)?
As far as I see (I don't have an IC-9100) the driver name could be
CD-301501-004.zip

Can both USB ports be used for CAT control or only one of them?
