[amsat-bb] Problem fixed: USB driver for Windows 7, 64-bit, for IC-9100

Hello,
the user reported that he could fix the problem.
The solution: A self powered USB hub betwen a USB port of the laptop and 
the USB cable to the IC-9100. Apparently, the the voltage was no longer 
sufficient when he had  connected all devices directly to the laptop.
