[amsat-bb] Downloading telemetry from CAS-4A and/or B

Jan's mail is fully right, to the point and it works well, and sorry for not having stated these, sometimes we take things for granted.

@ PE0SAT: Thanks Jan,  to have cater for my shortcomings and helped Ross, you are a well respected Guru in this game anyway, and your advices to the community thru your WEB site and other communications is really appreciated, it did help me a lot with, thanks for that.
