[amsat-bb] DSLWP UHF Test Plan on May 31, Jun 1 and Jun 3

Hi Fer and All.
Fer, U do not  need A0 and A1 decoders anymore, them were for dslwp-a.
I have also port 3 and 4 is not connected, I dont know why, maybe Wei 
can explain.
