[amsat-bb] DSLWP UHF Test Plan on May 31, Jun 1 and Jun 3

Hello Wei and group.
Have checked new LiveCD- makes problem, FrontEnd DSLWP RXRTL loads 4 i7 
CPUs 90%, so demodulator doesn't works terminal show message about too 
many packet drops.....
