[amsat-bb] DSLWP UHF Test Plan on May 31, Jun 1 and Jun 3

In my case, packet drops are caused by running out of system resources
(CPU, memory).

To allow me to run the essential parts of the decoders, I have disabled all
unnecessary waterfalls, constellation GUI, etc. I also close any other
apps running on my computer, including background apps like Dropbox.

As for "Connection refused", if I am not mistaken that is when a decoder is
started without the proxy application running. (You can certainly disable
"KISS Encode PDU" & "Socket PDU" blocks if you would like to test those
flowgraphs without a proxy connection!)

If you would like help with the JT4 aspect, please provide more detail.
FYI, for me it put too much burden on system resources. So, I have
disabled those blocks that make audio-OUT available for use by WSJTx.

Instead, I use a different SDR / different computer to listen for JT4G.

73!
