[amsat-bb] Fox-1A (AO-85) in safe mode over Europe Jun 5 21:25?

BTW, the situation is a bit more complicated than just resetting while in
auto-safe mode.  I tried that with the AO-85 software and could not
reproduce that behavior.  I also think that I've seen it NOT happen on
AO-85.  There has to be some timing window that I have not found.
