[amsat-bb] Icom W32A transmit below 440 for satellite work?

Hi David! Welcome to the list!

You need to remove a diode and then do a full reset to open
up the 70cm transmit below 440 MHz. I modded mine by using
tweezers to twist it off the board. The mod is available in
many places online including the mods.dk site.
