Paul, here are some specifics for SDR# and FCDP/FCDP+, even RTL-SDRs are supported.

Here is link to SDR#
https://airspy.com/download/ I assume you're running Windows? Top file option.

It's quite easy to get going, once you get a feel for it.

After you have SDR# running with your FCDP+, then go get the SatPC32 plugin here:
http://www.satsignal.eu/software/DDETracker.html

Specifically, get this file first:
http://www.satsignal.eu/software/DDETrackerV8Binaries.zip

Use the website and the files in the .zip to get it configured. The key is to edit a config file and to add a specific line of text, that way the new DDE Sat plugin will show up in SDR#

Once you have it configured, then update the DLL with this one, to be current:
http://www.satsignal.eu/software/DDETracker.dll-20-Aug-2017.zip

If successful ;) a new plugin will appear on the left column in SDR#. You click it, tell it you're using SatPC32 (needs to be running!), and click to start it...pretty intuitive. Then SDR# will track the downlink frequency and mode of the receiver freq. in SatPC32. Very slick :)
