[amsat-bb] Generate times for FD satellite passes

HamSat for iPhone has an “Override System Time” function in setting where you can pick the date and time. Easy to assume other phone apps do too.
I would, however, suggest SatPC32 or Orbitron to make the predictions. Much more robust and you can create printable / saveable text files.
