[amsat-bb] Reset SatPC32 window position

Umesh, you are right. The program saves the screen position in file
"SatPos.SQF", located in the SatPC32 main data "SatPC32" folder (for
configurations II ... IV in sub folders CfgII, CfgIII and CfgIV). Line
#1 contains the horizontal, line #2 the vertical screen position.
You can draw the program window to the screen position you want. The
program saves the last position if you close it via menu File > Quit,
but not if you close it via the X control.
