[amsat-bb] Field Day Logging

fwiw, I just hand log for field day. Most people aren't making enough
contacts to really make computer logging necessary for sats, and the
FD logging software most people use (like N3FJP) doesn't work well for
amsat field day (no dupes allowed, etc.). I tried logging software
last year and it was a pain.
Just keeping a legal pad handy for writing down passes and contacts
works well enough for me.
