[amsat-bb] AO-73/FUNcube Mode change

Hi Folks,

  AO-73/FUNCube has just been switched mode, so that the transponder is now ON full time. This is to support Field Day this coming weekend. It will remain in full time transponder mode until at least Sunday PM (UTC).

  You may also wish to try UKube-1 and EO-88.

Hi folks,

  I have just changed the sat into education mode (full power beacon in sunlight, low power beacon plus transponder on in darkness). 

Due to operator availability, it may not be possible to switch to full time transponder mode next weekend.
