[amsat-bb] Yaesu G-5400B Followup to Problem

Once again, thanks to everyone who sent me links, suggestions and manual
copies. It actually was an easy fix. I brought everything in to the bench
and opened up the EL rotor to find what appeared to be some very poor
solder joints on the wire side of the terminal strip. WX I guess over about
25 years had done a number on these joints. I resoldered them and hooked up
a short pigtail to the rotor and voila...full rotation up and down!! I've
also looked carefully at the AZ rotor and using the same pigtail check it
out and all is still well with it.

TNX again for your help and I may now be able to work a few birds from my
summer QTH in FN21.
