[amsat-bb] AO-85 auto safe mode

Hi Drew,
Thanks for letting us know.
I'm curious... Is this a seasonal / yearly / longer-term thing with the
orbit, or an indication of a weakening of some of the satellite's
components (solar cells, battery)? I presume it didn't do this when
first launched, right?
