[amsat-bb] CAT control of the Yaesu FT-991/FT-991A

Hi,
I have added  CAT control of the FT-991/FT-991A to SatPC32 and would  
appreciate if someone else tested  the new  .exe file before I replace 
the setup files.

The zip file contains the modified  SatPC32.exe (English version), 2 
little data files and an instruction file.

I connected the FT-991A to the PC via a RS-232 cable and (after 
installation of the USB driver) also via it's USB port. Both connections 
work (the USB connection only via the "Enhanced" port).
