[amsat-bb] User error on Falconsat-3

If you tried to message me by APRS on FS-3 over the past month or so and received no response, it's because I managed to screw up when programming my TH-D72A memory channels for Falconsat-3. The first channel (AOS and rising) was fine, but the rest were totally messed up. As a result, I couldn't decode any packets for the last two-thirds of each pass. I have the channels configured properly now, so please try again next time!
