This was posted by Keith E. Brandt. According to his Facebook profile he is
a flight surgeon at JSC.

He says:

"Did you contact the ISS on Oct 25? This video is from a west coast pass
where Serena Aunon-Chancellor, KG5TMT, was working random contacts. It
doesn't have audio, so if anyone has ground contacts from that day, I'd
like to get recordings of the ground pass to match up with the video."

October 25th was a Thursday. I don't remember reports of her being active
on Thursday.
