[amsat-bb] XW2 satellites

Hi Eli,

The XW series of satellites have linear transponders and are accessible
with SSB (or CW). You may be able to hear the beacons to an extent with
your HT, but I wouldn't expect much more. But generally you'll need SSB
gear to get on the linear sats. Additionally, the XWs aren't used nearly as
much as the FM sats or more popular SSB sats like FO-29 and AO-7, but it's
definitely not hard to find a QSO on them.
