[amsat-bb] Bhutan-1 and uiTMSAT-1

I have repeatedly tried every combination of:

CQ, APTT4, or APRS

-via-

ARISS, BIRDBT, BIRDMY, BIRD-PH, JG6YKL, JG6YKM, JG6YKN, APRS, or WIDE1-1

... without any evidence of digipeater activity. Included in those
attempts I have used doppler tracking on the uplink and at other times just
set on 145.825 without tuning. All via a 50w radio w/ an AZ-EL tracked
directional gain antenna. I have also replaced properly formatted payload
messages w/ the plain text non-APRS formatted message style used in their
beacons without success.
