[amsat-bb] HRD tracking errors

It's worth remembering that not all the satellites launched show up in
the main TLE lists so the AMSAT list is still probably the best one at
https://www.amsat.org/tle/current/nasabare.txt

You can add optional TLE links to SatPC32 within its options

As the main issue seems to be HRD, if its paid subscription I'm sure
they can help you sort it.
