[amsat-bb] IRVINE 01 identified

The "CW" code in that Satnogs observation at

https://network.satnogs.org/observations/320591/

is "DB0WA" which is not what I was expecting from IRVINE01.
The expected CW ID from IRVINE01 is "IRV1".  There's also
some kind of data, but it doesn't sound like 9k6 G3RUH AX.25.
The audio spectrum cuts off about 3500 Hz (that is, there is
almost no audio energy above about 3500Hz).
