[amsat-bb] IRVINE 01 identified

Hey Roy,

This is the third harmonic of "DB0WA", which you can see (and also hear) 
in this waterfall.

There might be some CW between 300 and 400 sec showing IRVINE-01, but 
unfortunately this is not audible.
