It's also very, very questionable as to whether CEPT covers
individuals who are not physically present in the country.
Additionally, I believe AMSAT-DL might have already said that a
publicly accessible internet link was not going to be permitted, but I
might be wrong about that.
Anyway, congrats to everyone involved in this project. Exciting times
for amateur radio! For those in North America who are missing out,
please join and support AMSAT to help us achieve a dream of a similar
capability here!
