[amsat-bb] Es'hail 2 Mission-Congratulations

It's a great achievement to make it real to have a Ham radio payload  
in the Geo platform. It gives a great feeling to see the World's first  
Geo-Stationary Ham Radio payload on-board Es'hail 2 is on its way to  
its parking slot.
          We all from Upagrah Amateur Radio Club VU2URC, here in ISRO  
Satellite Centre and AMSAT-India, Congratulate each and everyone, who  
made it possible this great achievement. Our good wishes and greeting  
from India for an early commissioning and complete & successful  
mission objectives realization.
