[amsat-bb] Up and down converters

Gopal,

A group of use are hoping to use the Lime / bladeRF SDR transceivers to work
the satellite, obviously with a LNB on receive. So far, so good, software is
working more or less.

The SDR solution should offer maximum flexibility as long as the programmers
gets there act together.
