Hi,
Well, somebody beat me to the WxToImg  "Fan Based Website"...  ;)
Other alternative you have is APTDecoder.  I still prefer WxtoImg, but APTDecoder is also good and free to use.  The URL where you can download it is:

Another alternative I have not tested is Wxsat.  You can check it at:
