[amsat-bb] PSLV launch Thursday 29th November

Hi All,

Just a few hours after the scheduled launch of many spacecraft using 
amateur satellite spectrum on xthe Spaceflight SSO-A launch, there will 
also be a PSLV launch from India on Thursday 29th November.

This includes four CubeSats, 3CAT1, FacSat-1, InnoSat-2 and Reaktor 
HelloWorld, which are using 70cms downlink frequencies that have been

I dont have any orbit details but the approx lift off time has been 
reported as 0400 UTC.
