[amsat-bb] FoxTelem with Linux?

With most distributions, you should be able to enter this command at
the terminal:
$ pacmd load-module module-virtual-source source_name=loop_source
uplink_sink=loop_sink
Then set the gqrx output to loop_sink and the FoxTelem input to
loop_source (be sure the sample rate is set to 48000 in FoxTelem).
