[amsat-bb] Intro AMSAT presentation

Keith,

Please don't use the PowerPoint I gave to SFARC. It's been painfully 
pointed out to me the many errors in it. AMSAT Ambassadors are working 
on a 5 powerpoint set for intro to clubs, etc. Should be available shortly.
