I played with the audio and ended up get DigiPeated off he ISS.

So I have A rigblaster that works the IC-910H. T^he have their own audio
codec and a knob on the box. Then there is Sound Control Panel in Win-10
... and so forth and so on .

It may be that I had them combined, too high. I did reduce severely and
that did not affect the output power.
