[amsat-bb] fading?

That kind of looks like one low current point with a lot of space when
there was no telemetry. Could have been just that the reading was taken
before the Tx turned on for a beacon in idle mode.
Fading could be due to the satellite just rotating such that the antenna is
pointing right at you (or right away from you) or something like that. At
least that's what the Technician test (that I've been teaching and VEing)
says :-)
