[amsat-bb] SatPC32: New Sat Groups into WinAOS

I see SatFiles.SQF in the list of Auxiliary files.  Interestingly, the
group I created earlier is listed there.  Some text in the file refers to a
few other configuration files.  However, the files are not in the Auxiliary
Files list.  It's like the author doesn't want me to edit them, no?
