[amsat-bb] Fwd: White House wants to eliminate WWV

.Is it the White House or a ploy by NIST, in their budget,  to list it 
as an item to defund so that they can keep their conference money?
Having worked for the government, you list a high cost line item to 
defund, knowing that public outcry will not let it happen and you keep 
your pet project funds.

I have already signed the petition, even though iit is a NIST proposal 
and not a White House proposal.
