Very sad today.

Lots of contacts with Frank.
Many times when I thought there was no one in the birds.
Frank would appear ...
"Hello Paulo .... Here Kilo Four, Fox echo Golf or (Germany)".
Daily.
He has a contribution when starting AMSAT-BR in 2015.
And recently searched 4 GRIDs here in my state.
