So sorry to hear this news. Frank was my very first SSB sat contact on 11/3/2016. I always joked with him that I was working on my K4FEG WAS  ( worked all satellites) award.

We made cw QSO via AO7b on Feb 24 (7650 km) after a dozen attempts
and we considered to try via FO29 when apogee would permit...

I just received the sad news that my friend Frank, K4FEG has become a silent
key.  Frank mentored my in satellite operations many times and I will miss
him dearly.  Please keep his wife and family in your prayers at this most
difficult time.  RIP Frank.  See you on the other side.
