I would like to add my condolences to go to Frank's family and friends.  
As others have mentioned Frank has always been a friendly voice on the 
birds.  He would often seek me out on SSB birds and say hello.  More 
surprising, if I was working a special event call or club call he would 
recognize my voice and say "Hello Daryl" !  As you might imagine that 
always put a smile on my face.
