[amsat-bb] SatPC32 on Windows 10?

 Hi Peter,
I have SATPC32 running on my Windows 10 laptop since November 2017.  A couple of months ago, I was adding new satellites to SATPC32 and something happened.  I had to re-install SATPC32 and it is working just fine now.
