Yes, it does exist and I have one as an early adopter / beta tester and I am preparing an article for OSCAR News.

Naomi Kurahara, the CEO of InfoStellar will be giving a presentation about there philosophy for shared ground station operation for LEO satellites, at the Colloquium.
