[amsat-bb] AISAT-1 WORKING OVER NA

AISAT-1 needs a DASH in between the AISAT and 1 .. Sorry for the problem. Here is the correct TLE and Doppler.sqf
AISAT-1,145825,145825,FM,FM,NOR.0,0 PKT DIGI
