[amsat-bb] 15-10m satellite transponders to be launched

IARU has coordinated two Chinese satellites, expected to be launched later this year, which will carry 15-to-10-meter linear transponders.  If successful, these will be the first use of 15 meters for a satellite uplink since RS-12/13 went silent in 2002.  Operation of the earlier RS birds enabled much DX to be worked on otherwise dead bands.  More info to follow.
As a reminder, DX worked via satellite counts for Satellite DXCC, but not for other DXCC awards.
