Gday Les and Joe,

I wonder if you have installed the Java 1.8 runtime environment which is
required?  You can download it from java.com.

The file  which keeps all your saved preferences can be found in your
"Home" directory here:  C:\Users\winte\KLATrack where "winte" is the first
part of my surname. Of course you will have a different identified.
