You probably knew this already, but I just learned that Bill Tynan's call sign, W3XO, has been issued to the Hill Country Amateur Radio Club of Kerrville, Texas, as a memorial.  Bill was a leading member and past president of the club, to which I belonged when I lived in nearby Fredericksburg, TX.
