Oh my goodness

This podcast is so sensationalized with the sound effects and the voice
actors playing anonymized informants

Military communications satelittes are probably more security protected
today but there is no difference between these satellites and a ham radio
satellite
Uplink goes in, downlink goes out.

Provided the people in brazil have 2m / 70cm radios they could start using
ham satellites unlicensed.
