Hi All,
Just getting into this aspect of GEO satellite security...
I found this very informative, though old article about satellite pirates and their hacking techniques in the old days of satellite TV (ca. 1993)

Since any new ham GEO satellite might be an emolation of these earlier TV satellites, it is imperative that some sort of security for the system might be prudent.
